tru|med re-opened the showroom on Wednesday, 5/13!
*As of Wednesday, 5/13/2020, our inside showroom is open to patients and we are going back to normal business hours of Mon-Sat 9 AM-10 PM and Sun 10 AM-10 PM.
*Online ordering will open at 8:30 am (pick-up will not be available until 9 am).
*Patients will now be allowed in the showroom but to maintain the safety of our patients and staff, we have implemented the following measures:
-Limited occupancy in the lobby to maintain safe, social distancing while waiting.
-Continued hourly sanitation in lobby and showroom
-Ability to still place an online order which will be treated as ‘express’ (you will have cash out inside the dispensary showroom)
-Ability to wait in your car after checking in and you’ll receive a text when you’re next.
*To keep things streamlined, we encourage you to place an online order instead of a phone order if possible.
*We will now be accepting loyalty points, coupons, and punch cards again.
*We will NOT be resuming happy hour at this time.
*We will still be limiting patients to ONE ounce of TruMed top-shelf flower until further notice.
